The staff was helpful and friendly, always willing to assist. The rooms were clean, albeit small, to be expected in the city center. The hotel's location was convenient, especially for those interested in exploring the area around Times Square. the hotel was close to various shopping options, making it easy to indulge in some retail therapy.

The breakfast experience was underwhelming. On one occasion, the service was slow, with a long wait for coffee and food.

I stayed in this cool hotel for 4 days, had really amazing experience, liked its favourable location right by the Subway and Times Square.

This hotel was absolutely luxurious , from the exclusive amenities to the friendly staff, everything was perfect. the restaurant served amazing cuisine, and the bar area was a great place to relax. the in, room breakfast was especially delightful, and the private facilities were top, notch.

The only minor issue we had was with the room size. While the room was beautifully designed with exclusive room advantages, it was a bit cramped and lacked sufficient storage space.

The room was stylish and brand-new, and location of the hotel was unbeatable. We loved the polite staff, and great service. We had Wheelchair Accessible room with view to admin quarter, which was important.

The facilities were top-notch, and the location was perfect, close to Times Square but without the noise and chaos. The highlight was definitely the world-class rooftop patios and bar, offering breathtaking views of the city. The hotel's signature scent, created by Le Labo, added to the overall ambiance and made for a truly immersive experience. The staff, particularly Amy at the front desk, were friendly and attentive, ensuring a memorable stay.

The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, with comfortable beds, fresh towels delivered daily, and a fantastic housekeeping staff. The wifi was fast and hassle-free, and the 18th floor provided a surprisingly quiet atmosphere. Plus, the air conditioning control worked perfectly, allowing us to enjoy the temperature we desired.

The hotel is situated in a prime location close to the famous Central Park, subway station, and Hell's Kitchen nightlife. For those arriving by taxi, it's conveniently close to the airport. The rooms were pristine and comfortable, with the best Le Labo toiletries. We loved the rooftop terrace with stunning views.

The room we booked lacked a bathtub, but this was our oversight.
